Marin Hair Co, For the safety and comfort of our customers, all customers must be at least 12 years old. We ask that children under the age of 12 be accompanied by a parent or guardian who does not always receive services. If you come with a child under the age of 12, we’ll have to reschedule your appointment. We do not currently accept email appointment requests. If you would like to make an appointment, please use our online booking system. All decollete services include washing, hair dryer and styling.

Marin Hair Co, All color services, except for toning services alone, receive a free basic drying (blow dryer /diffuse/hood dryer) service depending on the hair type. If you would like a hairdryer and styling, please let us know so we can book you appropriately for this october service. For example, if you have curly hair and you want to wear it straight, or if you have straight hair and you want it to be styled with curls or waves. A free haircut must be booked within 60 days of the haircuts with the stylist who previously cut your hair.

After 60 Days or booked with a different stylist, the bang ornaments will be subject to the stylists’ fee for the bang ornament. We do not accept new guests for Bang trims, you will be asked for credit card information for reservations. For some Services, a deposit may be required before booking. We understand that busy schedules and different conditions cannot be avoided, so we are happy to cancel your appointment with 24-hour notice. 50% of the service will be charged for cancellations made on the same day.

Missed appointments are subject to a full fee. We want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Product refunds will be for salon credit for another product only, accompanied by a receipt or purchase history in our database. There is no refund for the services rendered. We pride ourselves on creating the best possible customer experience. If there is anything we can do to improve your experience, please let us know within 10 days of your service so that we can achieve our goal of 100% customer satisfaction.
